From political to the spiritual, Indian Ocean explores everything in its music – from the mysteries of chhand and jhonk and taal to the more primal yearnings of youth. Relying on guitars, drums, bass and percussion, these fusion musicians have complemented their popular triumph with concerts wherein they teamed up with violin virtuoso L Subramanyam and Japanese trumpeter Terumusa Hino. After touring four continents and innumerable countries, including the US, the quartet is back - this time to play at for the IAAC at the Supper Club, Times Square, New York.
