The story is the discovery of a WOMAN - by her son , who has no memories of her and will never meet her in person . The entire story unfolds not through melancholy or sadness but the celebration of finding . It weaves this realization but in a different way – a coming together of sorts – of people , a city, a collections of words and the frozen moments by a mother for his son , if he ever came home to find her..
Aditi Roy a graduate with a Honors in Political Science (Jadavpur University) realized her passion for cinema and opted for a degree in Film Studies as her Post Graduation Specialization, 2002, simultaneously she also completed a Diploma in Mass Communication from JU. She joined Roopkala Kendro, Kolkata and formally introduced herself to the world of film direction. Her Diploma film was screened at The Kolkata Film Festival, (2007). Abosheshey is her Bengali debut feature.

While waiting to meet his date from the internet, Sam makes small talk with the strange man at the bar. But when she fails to show up, Sam fears that this strange man has been his date this whole time.
Kabir Chopra is a New York based filmmaker who is completing his BFA in Dramatic Writing at New York University's Tisch School of The Arts, with minors in South Asian studies and the business of entertainment, media, and technology. He has written and directed several short films and one act plays, and his film "Death Wears Sneakers" was a finalist at Campus Movie Fest 2011 at New York University.
