Yoga is an ancient Indian physical, mental and spiritual practice which involves controlled breathing, prescribed body positions and meditation with the goal of attaining a state of deep spiritual insight and tranquility. Kalari is a martial art technique which involves a combination of steps and postures, and requires speed, agility, and coordination of body parts. Bharatanatyam is one of the oldest and most evolved Indian dance forms. The movements form geometrical patterns using the whole body and requires hand-eye-leg coordination, balance and control over the whole body including facial muscles!
