Two Malayalam films `Veetilekkulla Vazhi', directed by Dr. Biju and `T.D. Dasan std VI B' of Mohan Raghavan will be screened in the 11th Newyork Indian Film Festival. These are the only two films selected from South India. The festival willl begin from May 4 to 8. The festival will screen 25 feature films. The list includes `A decent Arrangement' starring Shabana Azmi, Do Dooni Char (Rishi Kapoor and Neethu Singh), Ithi Mrinalini (Aparna Sen) and `Yeh Saali Zindagi' of Sudhir Misra. Documentaries from all across India will also be screened. `Veetilekkulla vazhi' has also been selected to the competition section of 13th Imagine India International film festival in Mandrid, Spain which starts from May 13 to 30.
